Improve transcription for full band metal + distorted guitar mixes

While solo guitar and clean recordings works great, there is still some work that needs to be done for heavily distorted mixes.

This can be solved with a genre-classification step, and sending heavy songs towards specifically fine-tunied models trained on metal mixes
